Yes, I am Thankful.

                                                       Stampin' Up! Australia
Here is an unusual colour combo, and it just WORKS! I am breaking out of my safe mode and starting to play with new combinations of colour. I love a clean and simple card, without too much distraction for the eye. Plus, this card reminds me to count my blessings (of which I have many).
The sloping letters are balanced by the little flutterby heading across the page. Easy Peasy with the thinlits dies. Just remember to add a piece of greaseproof paper before you run it through the bigshot, and voila! it pops out of the die easily.

Gorgeous Grungy Butterflies. You bet!

                                                             Stampin' Up! Australia.
Gorgeous Grunge meets butterfly and goes wild with this card design. I decided to bust out the Itty Bitty punch and add some melon mambo blooms a-sparkle with diamonds. Add a sequin or 3 and  you have one crazy cool card. Let me know what you think.

Double the Size of Your Cards video tutorial. Stampin' Up! Australia.

This video tutorial gives you an idea of the size you can achieve simply by thinking outside the square, or in this case, outside the (small) rectangle, and upsizing to a bigger, bolder card!

Double the Size of Your Cards! Stampin' Up! Australia.

This technique uses Stardust Gellyroll pens to give an iridescent effect to the butterfly wings. Watch the tutorial to see how I made this iridescent butterfly. He practically flies off the page.
